MONICA'S REVIEW:
Sam Egan, you have redeemed yourself! I have always liked Erin but we never really got to
learn much about her until now. I also loved Lauren and was very pleased to see how well
Monique did playing her. I hope we will see more of her again!
Now, what I didn't like ... I could have done without the cheesy suggestive banter from
Jeremiah during the opening sequence when he was sparring with Erin. Also, I thought that the
attraction between Jeremiah and Erin was unexpected and wished we had seen some tiny
suggestion of it earlier. Still, I quite enjoyed the interesting twist and especially the
ending where Erin is perhaps more devious that we were lead to believe. ;)
This episode also had the first love scene that worked for me. I don't know if it was because
it was finally with two characters I care about or if it was all due to Ms. Kavelaars'
performance. Also, I enjoyed watching the relationship develop between Kurdy and Elizabeth and
how the reference to the glass cat from the pilot came into play. It was a very nice touch.
The subplot with the Shadow of the Crescent group was also well done even if it was a bit
lengthy. We already know there are many white supremacy groups out there so it was nice to
see the other side of prejudice as well. There were many powerful points raised during Kurdy
and Elizabeth's visit to the SotC group and I hope we see them again someday.

QUESTIONS RAISED:
- Since Monique is the fencing champion, was she the one doing the sparring with Jeremiah?
- Will Shadow of Crescent change their minds about joining Thunder Mountain's cause?
- Will we see Lauren again?
- Which sister did Jeremiah sleep with?
