net so we decided to post them here. This includes images from sites that are not easily
accessable worldwide. MGM studios retains copyright on all images from the show and other images
are owned by various copyright holders as specified. If we have erred in posting these photos

Office and Living Quarters. In case of attack, 900 people would be
moved inside the mountain into the North Building which includes the following:
- Sleeping Rooms (have 2 -3 decker bunk beds each)
- Dining Hall (uses radiant heat ovens and has electric washers and dryers)
- Small Hospital Facility (operating room, pharmacy, dental office, 2-bed ward)
- TV/Radio/Movie Room, Library, Computer and Electronics Maintenance Shop
- Living Quarters (Elizabeth, Jeremiah, Kurdy, Lee Chen and generic)

Communications, War Room and Tracking. With the communications
equipment, you can connect a cell phone by wire to a terminal in the wall. It also overlooks a
munch larger room where the dominant feature is the Big Board (a wall length computer screen
displaying a map of the US and Canada). |

Because of the need to be totally self-sufficient for years at a time,
a hydroponics (a system to cultivate plants without sustainable soil) section has been set up
in Sector B. This allows the residents of Thunder Mountain to grow its own vegetables and
fruits since there are no longer trucks bringing them in. This is an important part of their
food supply because of the need to avoid such problems as scurvy, caused by the lack of fresh
fruit. |
